Soya Bread Pakora
Ingredients
Gram flour |
150 gm |
Soy flour |
4 tbsp |
Curd |
1 tbsp |
Red chilli powder |
To taste |
Garam masala powder |
1 tsp |
Coriander powder |
1 tsp |
Bread |
6 slices |
Salt |
To taste |
Soy refined Oil |
For deep frying |
Method
- Cut bread slices diagonally into triangles. Mix gram flour, soy flour, curd, red chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder and salt. Add enough water to the flour mixure to make a thick batter of pouring consistency. Stir well to avoid lumps.
- Dip bread slices in this batter and deep fry till golden brown. Serve with green chutney and tomato ketchup.
