Soya Mixed Bean Salad

Method
- Soak all the beans overnight and boil (or pressure cook) till soft. Chop tomatoes, onion and coriander leaves. Mix the cooked beans with chopped tomatoes and onion.
- In a small capped bottle place olive oil, lemon juice, pepper powder and salt. Shake vigorously, pour it over the beans and toss the salad.
- Sprinkle chaat masala over the salad. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
