
| Gram flour | 150 gm |
| Soy flour | 4 tbsp |
| Onions, sliced | 3 |
| Garam masala powder | 1 tsp |
| Coriander powder | 1 tsp |
| Red chilli powder | To taste |
| Soy refined oil | For deep frying |
| Salt | To taste |
Mix all the ingredients and 2 tbsp oil. Add as little water as possible and make a thick batter. Drop spoonfuls of batter into hot oil, deep fry till crisp and golden brown. Serve with green chutney.
