
| Gram flour | 120 gm |
| Soy flour | 80 gm |
| Cumin seed powder | 1 tsp |
| Red Chilli powder | To taste |
| Soy refined Oil | For deep frying |
| Salt | To taste |
Mix all the ingredients with required amount of water and make a soft dough. Place a portion of the dough in a muruku mould and press. The dough comes outas thin strands (like noodles) which are directly dropped into hot oil and deep fried till golden brown in colour.
