Soya Tofu Vegetable Soup

Onions |

Carrots |

French beans |

Pepper powder |

Method
- Cut tofu into desired sized cubes. Chop onions, carrots and beans.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Stir-fry till the chopped onions become soft, add chopped vegetables and baby corn. Stir-fry for 2 minutes, add tofy cubes, salt and pepper powder.
- Cook for another 2 minutes and add 2 cups of water. Bring to a boil, cover the pan with a lid and cook on low flame till the vegetables become soft ( do not overcook). Serve hot.
