Soya Tofu Chilla
Ingredients
Green gram dal |

Method
- Wash and soak the dal for an hour. Drain water completely and grind the dal into a thick batter of pouring consistency. Add salt, cumin seeds and mix well.
- Grate the tofu. Finely chop green chillies, onion and tomatoes. Mix the tofu with green chillies, onion, tomatoes and salt. Keep aside.
- Heat a pan, spread 1/3 cup of batter and make a pancake 4-5 inches in diameter. Spread about 2 tbsp tofu mixture on the pancake(chilla). Allow the chilla to turn golden brown and roll out the pancake. Serve hot with green chutney.
